Protecting Your IP: Your proprietary assets deserve uncompromising security. Your application is deployed as an isolated, dedicated container on WPUX's managed infrastructure—guaranteeing strict data separation and securely isolating your backend logic from unauthorized exposure. Your platform is maintained, hosted, and continuously optimized via a $1,500 monthly agreement to support peak performance.

Payment Milestones: A 40% upfront deposit initiates development; 30% is due upon delivery of your visual design tokens; and the final 30% is billed upon final verification and secure portal access handoff (Billed through our Stripe-enabled Plutio CRM).

ROADMAP PHASE 3: ACCELERATED PARTNERSHIP

Phase 3: Continuous Optimization: We deploy an un-blockable, warehouse-native behavioral UX engine directly onto your live platform to capture subconscious behavior and mathematically validate where your users’ attention goes.

What You Receive: We integrate advanced, privacy-first browser telemetry—including 3D spatial eye-tracking and pixel-perfect session replay—entirely replacing siloed, third-party widgets. You receive empirical spatial attention reports that map user behavior directly to your conversion economics, delivered as clear, actionable financial summaries.

Zero-Risk Deployment: Your live transactional velocity and proprietary codebase are fiercely protected. Telemetry streams are cryptographically activated and routed through our proprietary first-party proxy architecture. This ensures improved data collection while executing strict, automated PII scrubbing before data ever hits your warehouse—providing increased ingestion integrity and mitigating legal risks.

Post-Launch Maintenance: Following the full deployment of your advanced telemetry, your infrastructure is maintained, hosted, and continuously optimized via a $1,500 monthly agreement to support peak ingestion performance and recurring AI-driven financial audits.

Payment Milestones: A 40% upfront mobilization deposit initiates pipeline architecture; 40% is due upon delivery of your interactive dashboard and active telemetry ingestion; and the final 20% is billed upon delivery of your inaugural eye-tracking analytics (Billed through our Stripe-enabled Plutio CRM).

Rules of Engagement

Asynchronous Operations: WPUX conducts all deliverables and communications on an asynchronous basis via our Plutio CRM, haroun1@washingtonproductux.com, or secure local document links to preserve engineering velocity. WPUX does not join or monitor real-time workspaces (Slack/Teams).

Respectful and Professional Communication: A repeated pattern of toxic behavior may lead to the cancellation of engagements by WPUX. If such a cancellation happens, WPUX will not refund payments made for work it has completed.

Timeline Protection: Please ensure that client reviews/approvals do not cause unreasonable delays to WPUX.
