Rules of Engagement
Asynchronous Operations: WPUX conducts all deliverables and communications strictly on an asynchronous basis via haroun1@washingtonproductux.com or secure local document links to preserve engineering velocity. WPUX does not join or monitor real-time workspaces (Slack/Teams). Demands for unscheduled real-time live-chats or phone consults are unlikely to be fulfilled
Respectful and Professional Communication: WPUX will not tolerate rude, abusive, or otherwise toxic behavior from any of its clients for any reason. A repeated pattern of toxic behavior may lead to the cancellation of engagements by WPUX. If such a cancellation happens, WPUX will not refund payments made for work it has completed.
Timeline Protection: If client reviews/approvals cause unreasonable delays to WPUX then the client may incur penalties.
